WBPSC Academy offers the following services:

  • Study Materials & PDFs

  • Mock Tests & Practice Sets

  • Doubt-clearing Support

  • Other educational content and learning resources

2. Account Registration & Usage

  • Users must provide accurate information (name, email, phone number) while creating an account.

  • You cannot share your account or login details with others.

  • Multiple device login is allowed, but misuse (like sharing with others) will result in suspension or permanent ban.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Course Access & Validity

  • Each course has a specific validity period, clearly mentioned on the course page.

  • After the validity period expires, access to course videos, materials, or tests will be automatically revoked.

  • Lifetime access is only applicable if specifically mentioned.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if the user requests it on the same day of purchase and provides a valid reason.

  • Refund will not be issued in the following cases:

    • If a user watches classes or downloads study materials

    • If the request is made after 24 hours of purchase

    • If the user has already used major parts of the course

  • Refund approval is totally at the discretion of WBPSC Academy.

  • Transaction/payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly not allowed to:

  • Share, sell, distribute, or transfer any course content (videos, PDFs, mocks, notes).

  • Record or screen-record videos/lectures using mobile, laptop, or any external device.

  • Upload our content on any platform (YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Drive, etc.).

  • Use the website for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activity.

Any violation can result in instant account termination without refund and legal action.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on WBPSC Academy (videos, PDFs, quizzes, notes, logos, graphics) is the exclusive property of WBPSC Academy.

  • You are only granted a personal, non-transferable, limited license to view the course content.

  • Copying, reproducing, editing, modifying, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other authorized gateways.

  • We do not store your full card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.

  • Any payment failure, delay, or technical issue from Razorpay is not our responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any loss due to technical error, internet issue, incorrect information entered by the user, or device malfunction.

  • We do not guarantee 100% error-free or uninterrupted service at all times.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Indian law only.

  • Any legal matter will be handled in the courts located in India.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continuing to use our website means you agree to those changes.
