Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WBPSC Academy, we aim to provide the best learning experience to our students. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, this Refund Policy explains when and how a refund may be provided.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund will be considered only under the following conditions:

✔ The user requests a refund within the same day (24 hours) of purchase.
✔ The user has not watched significant portions of the course or downloaded study materials.
✔ A valid reason is provided for the refund request (e.g., payment made by mistake, selecting the wrong course, etc.).

2. Refund Not Applicable In the Following Cases

❌ Refund request after 24 hours of purchase.
❌ If the user has accessed or downloaded a major part of the course content.
❌ If the user purchased the course intentionally and later changed their mind.
❌ If the course was purchased during special offers, discounts, or sales campaigns.
❌ Poor internet, device problems, or personal inconvenience are not valid reasons for a refund.
❌ If the user violated Terms & Conditions (like sharing/recording content).

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email & Phone Number

  • Course Name

  • Transaction ID / Payment Screenshot

  • Reason for Refund Request

4. Refund Approval Process

  • Once we receive your email, your request will be reviewed within 3–7 working days.

  • If approved, the refund amount will be transferred to your original payment method (UPI/Bank/Wallet) within 7–10 working days.

  • Payment gateway charges or transaction fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refund decisions are made solely by WBPSC Academy and are final and non-negotiable.

5. Course Cancellation by WBPSC Academy

If WBPSC Academy cancels or discontinues any course/class for technical or administrative reasons:
✔ Students will be offered a full refund or alternative batch/course access.
✔ In such cases, refund will be processed without any deduction.

6. No Physical Product Refund

All services provided by WBPSC Academy are digital (online courses, PDFs, tests).
Therefore, no physical product return or exchange is applicable.
